Privacy & Data Rights

Welcome

Hello and welcome to HumanFirst. The fact that you are reading this welcome note on our Privacy Policy page suggests that you care about what happens with your data. So do I. And so does HumanFirst. We believe that people like you should be able to use connected sensor technologies to improve your health without losing the fundamental right to have your data used fairly. We think this should apply across the board, including for our own website and products. We're glad you're here and reading our Privacy Policy. We're proud of our commitment to transparency and responsibility in how we collect and use data.

If you have questions or concerns about our policies, you can reach me at [email protected].

Overview

HumanFirst supports care providers and clinical researchers to identify connected sensor technologies that are high quality, effective, safe, and that can be used at home. Using our software, our customers gain access to resources, evaluation criteria, and key information on evidence, security, data rights, utility and usability, and cost as well as availability.

To make this privacy policy easy to read, we’ve prepared a quick summary ahead of the full policy, which goes into more details.

HumanFirst is committed to protecting your personal information by limiting any sharing of your personal information to only those who have a legitimate need to know. We collect very little personal information about you and do not consider any of it to be more sensitive than others. How HumanFirst secures your information

We work hard to protect HumanFirst and our users from unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of information we hold. We maintain industry standard security measures to protect sensitive data, retain security experts on our advisory board, participate in security conferences, and routinely update our program.

Nevertheless, we cannot anticipate every potential security issue so we have response plans in place and invite reports from individuals who believe they have found a security issue through our Coordinated Vulnerability Disclosure Policy. If you have questions or concerns, contact us at [email protected]
